Give & Wear was created from the heart of Alexa Castillo, a young artist who truly believes in the power of creativity to transform lives. Since she was a child, art has been her safe space — a way to calm her mind, process her emotions, and share her inner world. In November 2024, Alexa began taking art classes at a small religious school in Managua. She was immediately drawn to the beautiful murals that filled the walls, each telling its own story. But she also noticed that many remained unfinished, lacking supplies and support. That moment stayed with her.

Feeling grateful for her own access to art and inspired to help others, Alexa took action. That’s how Give & Wear was born: a t-shirt brand with a mission. Every shirt is thoughtfully designed, and 100% of the profits go toward supporting art education in low-income schools in Nicaragua. This initiative is about more than just paint and brushes — it’s about giving kids the tools, confidence, and space to create and express themselves fully.
